Oscars 2015: The Best Dressed Celebrities

Since I wasn't able to finish my "best of NYFW" series ― and I'm very sorry for that, I thought I'd just share to you guys some of my favorite looks from the recently concluded 87th Academy Awards. There are literally like more that 20 looks that I wanted to include in this post but last minute I have decided to just pick those that are in my opinion really rocked the house down and gave what we, audience are looking for ― glitz and glamour. Without further ado, here are my 10 best dressed celebrities ― in no particular order.

Jennifer Lopez - American Idol coach, Jennifer Lopez looks like a modern-day princess in her cleavage-baring nude color embellished Elie Saab Couture gown. I'm also loving her très chic ponytail and pink makeup. J.Lo's 2015 Oscar dress will surely go down in red carpet history.

Emma Stone - The Birdman star is looking very elegant and demure wearing a sparkly Elie Saab Couture gown. Charteuse is one of the most difficult hues to pull off but obviously, Emma Stone was able to make it work. She completed her look with a satin peep-toe hills and jewels from Tiffany.

Marion Cotillard - Nominated for her work in "Two Days, One Night" Actress Marion Cotillard wears a Christian Dior Spring 2014 Couture white gown, the French beauty is oozing with Parisian-chic sophistication. A lot of people are hating on her dress but for me, I think it looks really amazing on her. Very bold and different.

Kiera Knightly - Kiera Knightly definitely saved the best look for the Oscars. The soon-to-be-mom and best supporting actress nominee is sporting a very feminine and ethereal floral-embroidered flesh-tone Valentino Couture gown. I love how playful, effortless yet romantic her dress is.

Lupita Nyong'o - Lupita stuns again on The Academy Red Carpet! Wearing a custom-designed ivory Calvin Klein Collection dress with more than 6,000 pearls. Lupita really can do no wrong in the red carpet. She looks phenomenal as per usual.

Jennifer Aniston - The Cake actress is looking very seductive wearing a fully-beaded nude colored asymmetrical gown by Atelier Versace. I love how the dress fits like a glove and shows off her envious body perfectly.

Chrissy Teigen - Wearing a low-cut, long-sleeved Zuhair Murad Spring 2015 Couture gown in light blue, covered in lots of sparkling embellishments Chrissy Teigen looked every bit the smoldering supermodel.

Julliane Moore - Wearing an embellished white custom Chanel gown accented with rows of black and white sequin rosette ― Jullian Moore looks very simple, elegant and breathtaking. I'm also obsessed with the Chopard earrings she's wearing.

Rita Ora - Rita looks every inch a movie star wearing an elegant navy with gold accents on the waist and cleavage area mermaid gown from Marchesa. I'm also digging her sleek short hair and simple makeup.

Cate Blanchette - Wearing a simple black Maison Martin Margiela Couture design created by John Galliano and a turquoise bib statement necklace from Tiffany & Co. ― Cate Blanchette proves that sometimes, less is more. I love how elegant and at ease she looked.
